Shipping Questions
I'm from the US! Can you ship to me from Canada?
We are shipping to the USA again, via Canada Post, Chitchats and Purolator Ground (depending on what is available). These shipments will include tracking, and may require US duties to be paid upon arrival to the customer (DDU).
By ordering from our shop, US customers agree to pay this duty which is a tariff fee that goes to their own country. Hazelbell.shop will not refund orders from customers who do not pay the duty incurred by ordering a package shipped to the United States.
Where else do you ship to?
We are based in Canada, so all packages will be originating from here. Currently we ship to most countries including Mexico, France, the UK, Brazil, Australia and more. We do not charge taxes on any country except Canada, but countries may have individual rules about duties when packages arrive.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies by weight and by location, and costs accordingly. You can proceed through check out to find the exact costs of shipping on your order without commitment.
Small paper items like stickers have the option to be shipped via letter mail.
We use Canada Post, Purolator and ChitChats to ship out orders.
When do packages get sent out?
Orders are usually shipped out by the end of the week (Thursday or Friday), so if you order a package earlier in the week we like to take them all at once. Sometimes we are bad and it can take two weeks to get your package shipped, but we try our best to be speedy.
All packages are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.
When will my order arrive to me?
Arrival time of your order depends on your shipping selection (Surface, Airmail, or Tracked Package). International Surface shipping (Non-USA or Canada) is slow but cheap, but can sometimes take up to months to arrive. Airmail is recommended for a timely arrival of your order. If you are worried about your order, you can also select the Tracked Package option, where we will send you a tracking number after we send it out.
Please note: Many packages are taking a bit longer in the mail system due to COVID 19 delays.
Where is my tracking?
All US and Canada packages have tracking by default! You will received an email from us after we fulfill your package with your tracking information.
International orders: Please note that if you do not explicitly purchase tracking when making your order, there will may be no tracking. Shipping from Canada to international destinations is can be expensive, so packages usually do not include tracking unless explicitly purchased by the customer.
If you do purchase tracking, it will be available in the order page once the product is fulfilled by us. You should receive an email from us when things are shipped, with this tracking information. :)
Problem with my book?
Please note we do not accept returns but we are responsive to issues with book printing errors. Please let us know with photos if your book upon arrival has internal printing defects (like white lines or magenta discoloration).
